How would VCs welcome first time entrepreneurs?

Different VCs look at this issue in different ways.
Some of them see entrepreneurs today as people backed with substantial experience and hence would venture in looking at their business plans.
Few others have their business running with 60% of the entreprenuers who approach them to be first timers.
Other VCs do not stop or would want to avoid any idea.
Who knows where the money is hidden.
Hence good news for all the budding entrepreneurs.
